I don’t want to say it, but this pretty much has formulaic pop-punk down to a T. It’s scary that there are still bands singing old Face To Face/Green Day-style melodies. It’s not bad at all; in fact it’s pretty catchy and very nicely sung (as well as produced). It’s just… not ’92 anymore. Dynamite Boy has all the qualities that would’ve made them legends in the early part of the ’90s, they’re just a little late.
