As the bio claims, this does sound like “Tanner, Rye Coalition, and Fugazi,” but it’s definitely not “more fucked up than all combined.” A noisy, Dischord-style yelling, atonal riffing unit that lacks in production but makes up for it with that gritty DIY feel the “kids” go nuts for. Good for those “I’m going to blast something really loud to piss off my Top 40-loving roommate” moments. Ouch.
