I’m not against New Wave or ’80s dance/pop music, just the bad stuff. I was never a New Waver, I just liked some of the music. But this? Most of it’s shit.

A big bucketa soul fried up wit’ garage grease’n’some nice Memphis rootsy-type sensibilities. Pretty cool stuff and not just for a buncha Canadians, either.
