Rocky Votolato is basically Dashboard Confessional with a better sense of craft. Whereas Chris Carrabba tends to meander through his melodies, Votolato makes sure he’s digging through all the nooks and crannies for the right hooks and murmurs. I can see this guy developing into a solid folk-pop artist. Keep up the good work!
