Circle of Dead Children – Human Harvest – Review

Circle of Dead Children

Human Harvest (Martyr)
by Tim Den

More putrid, merciless grind/sludge from one of the underground’s most articulate, humble, clear-headed, well-reasoned, and resolute bands. Circle of Dead Children spew forth vile locusts of earache faster than Nasum, but never lose lyrical clarity in their quest for higher thinking and self-improvement. Perhaps the only band this side of the pond worthy of a Napalm Death comparison, Circle of Dead Children are absolutely crucial in a scene otherwise flooded with pointless gore imagery and knuckle-dragging Neanderthals. These are the unironic sounds of intelligence delivered via primal aural rapings… a post-modern coup of everything shitty modern music is about. Long live the Circle.
