Detroit take on European metal like Dark Tranquillity and Soilwork, In Flames, et all. Good, if not hugely memorable, guitarwork, hardcore roar and harmonied clean vocals, and some interesting keyboard sounds. All the right ingredients, but a new band that has yet to do anything individually styled with it. Not that most American metal fans could tell the difference, so this should fly, whether elitist fucks like me think (at this point), it’s just a knock-off.
