Between the Buried and Me are passable metalcore, with glimmers of something interesting going on, and action-packed shows. This is an experimental electro side project of the singer. It’s horrid. Electronic music is not a hobby, it’s a genre with history and pioneers, like blues, jazz, metal, whatever. This is a flirtation and should’ve stayed in his basement, just a joke between friends. It’s disrespectful to people who’ve devote their lives to pushing the envelope of electronic music, but what do you expect from a metalcore dood?
