In his 30-year career, Joachim Witt has sold over two million records, and is a direct inspiration for Rammstein, not the other way around, kids. This thing’s all in German, is evidently lyrically anti-facist, but he could be reading meatloaf recipes for all I care: Snarling German industrial sounds bad-ass. While most of us are used to the plodding industrial metal style, and maybe even cold tinkling keys, how does one mentally wrap their mind around “Dude, this sounds like Laibach singing a Falco song?!?”
