From Vermont to Arizona these eyeliner-wearing boys might just make it outta the scrap-heap if they focus on a sound, cuz this 14-song hybrid covers so much ground, it’s hard to hone in on them. From inspired to embarrassing, these guys obviously have the chops, and I approved them for the mp3 CD from their MySpace selections before digging into this CD, which is all over the map. The moody altrock is good, the “active rock” grind is good, but the keyboards are lame, and any band who ever plays funk is doomed.
