In Living Color – Season Three – Review

In Living Color

Season Three (20th Century Fox)
by Sarah Katz

Someone in the high-ups of DVD land answered my prayers (finally!) and has started to put out collections of my favorite childhood skit comedy show, In Living Color. One of the best skit characters is Fire Marshall Bill, the ’80s version of the Three Stooges, except the pain looks a helluva lot more painful, and the three personalities are smashed into one messed up dude, played by Jim Carrey. God, do I really need to tell you any more? Hell no! Homey don’t play that! This is an amazing multi-disc collection that’s essential for three reasons. 1) It rocks. 2) J-Lo shakes her booty in bad early ’90s clothes with short, slicked hair. 3) Bloopers, bloopers, bloopers!

So what the hell are you waiting for? If the Wayans Brothers, Jim Carrey, Jamie Foxx, and David Alan Grier aren’t your bag, well, you’re forgetting everyone’s favorite part of the show: The sexy Fly Girls! See them shake their stuff, it’s just as good as you remember.
