Not much info on this band, just a bio that rambles on about the silkscreened cover of this three-song 7″/EP, and who did the typesetting, for fuck’s sake. Sure, it’s a concept album, based on a dude Simon Mann who attempted a coop or something. Yeah, and the tunes? People paste the bio and call it a day, it seems. Admittedly, this Chicago band holler and roar, flipflopping between math metal skitter and roarcore pummel, with atonal this placed here and breakdown buggery placed there, but aside from warm production, there’s not enough here to really latch onto.
