Not as fast as before (less of the stuttering NOFX riffs), and while I guess they’re branching out a bit, it doesn’t really grab me the way previous songs have.
Manic God-punk with Ryan Greene-sounding production, but here they slow down a touch (still fast tho’) and the fourth track is an impromptu fuck-around.
Ain’t the best I’ve heard from these Bay Area junk rock lifers, but s’alright, cuz they’re New York Dolls fans with the decency to not try and dress like ’em.
Punk anthems with occasional melodies, classic hardcore breakdown parts, “emo” sentimentality, and a roughneck vibe that only old country singers can top.
