This soundtrack takes the same route the Natural Born Killers soundtrack took – threading the songs in the order of the film, with bits of dialogue thrown in.
ome really neat stuff here song-wise and production-wise. Great smart-ass guitars, too. For some reason, they sound influenced by Green Day and Joe Jackson.
Araya’s voice and bass have never sounded so harsh. Same goes for King and Hanneman; their skills seem to progress while they gleefully torment the masses.
With mournful wailing amongst the singing, off kilter guitar riffage, head splattering drumming, and schizo lyrics, Barkmarket create cool ‘n queasy tuneage.
