These four have done time in Down By Law, DYS, Fugazi, Minor Threat, Bad Religion, All, The Meatmen, and Junkyard. A lot to live up to, and a lot to live down.
Constantly changing tempos, riffs, and arpeggios, Forensics Brothers and Sisters! can be a bit schizophrenic, but enthusiasm makes up for the lack of fluidity.
As you can probably guess, AFI is a big influence here. But I’ll give the Devil his due: If you can get past the silliness, some of these songs aren’t bad.
