The German language lends itself “beautifully” to dark metal. The singer (who’s also the guitarist, writer, etc.) could be singing “I Want To Hold Your Hand” and it would still sound like he was chewing on a live rattlesnake, spitting bile at you. While this is raw, screechy, and morbidly melodic; the production is thin enough to hear the mistakes, and the drum machine is so processed I can’t feel it. Join a band, add some heavy low end – then this would rip your guts out with a gardening tool.
