Van Gogh’s Daughter – Shove – Review

Van Gogh’s Daughter

Shove (Hollywood)
by Elissa Dennis

Lots of pop sensibility, but without the usual annoying predictability. Big guitar hooks, full drums, varied bass lines and a singer whose voice doesn’t get on my nerves. Original tunes in an otherwise overdone genre that have enough depth to suit a variety of moods. The sole reason these chicks aren’t all over commercial/alternative radio stations is because nobody has listened to them yet.
