Last Exit (all albums) (OAO/Celluloid) – What do you expect when you take the four best musicians in NYC (Sonny Sharrock, Bill Laswell, Ronald Jackson, and Peter Brötzmann), put them on stage, and let them go at it, completely improvised? I should hope you’d expect the sound of the fury (not to mention also extremely loud). Chaotic, loose, splattered sound all over these albums. It doesn’t get more intense than this.
