The soundscapes do drag on at times, but it’s not a tedious drone. If you want angst played by guys with 1800’s medical fetishes, this is the disc for you.
I can’t find much fault with Out Of Bounds. The songs are filled with catchy hooks and lots of breaks, and the vocals are very slick with nice harmonies.
Peppy punk about girls, loneliness, frustration (lack of girls), friends/mistakes/forgiveness (involving girls), losing/finding your way (with your girl).
Even if you’re not a fan of Madonna, you have to be impressed with Evita. Andrew Lloyd Webber actually came up with a score that involves more than two songs.
