Sometimes I think there’s a point a band’ll get to where they’ve gotta come up with somethin’ a bit extra. The Humpers‘ve made more than a few records by now, all unapologetic examples of verse/chorus/verse dronin’ Johnny Thunders cum everyman riff punk. Euphoria, Confusion, Anger and Remorse is another, kinda like Subterranean Jungle was another Ramones record. The thing is, when I wanna hear the Ramones, that’s not usually the one I reach for. I think you can see where this analogy’s goin’…
