The sound is good, the band is tight, tough, energetic punk rock’n’roll. They could get by with less product floating around, but they’re always great.
Lester Norris has a Dead Boysish ferocious, shards-of-glass-garglin’ vocal presence, and the songs are stripped-down, gut-level punk the way it oughtta be.
Bold and smooth in its production, resonated with heart-breaking melodies and inventive vocals, Jimmy Eat World encompasses everything a pop/rock band should.
This two-part soundtrack doesn’t differ significantly from those horrid late-night informercials, but I got these for free. And these are available in stores.
Boy meets girl, they fall for each other but are committed to others, they pal around and hide their feelings, they finally get together. Predictable but sweet.
