These guys enjoy solid bass lines, fast beats, distortion, tasteful samples, and dark overtones that don’t overshadow the music. What’s not to like? I’m almost convinced their live show could be good, too. Then we get to the obligatory cover tune. Raised In Black have chosen to cover Metallica’s “Damage, Inc.” What’s the result? A damn good Nine Inch Nails song. I do applaud RIB for at least choosing a good Metallica song to cover. This CD does the band justice. I recommend it highly.
