Dismal Euphony

Great imagery in the booklet, but the actual music, lyrics and execution (oh, scary, they probably like that word) are mundane, borderline awful. While Dismal Euphony are all into insanity, dripping blood, and all sorts of the normal nonsense, they pull it off as convincingly as The Great Kat. If you don’t know what dead horse I’m poking with a stick, there’s a good reason for it. Give me early Emperor or Cradle of Filth, now that stuff is freaky. This is fine for beginners (Goth 101?), but when yer ready to step into the black circle for a little bloodletting, lemme know and I’ll recommend some bands that’ll make your skin shiver in fear and delight.
