Three-piece, no bassist, all-out gore/grind madness. All the songs fall under a minute-and-a-half, and most of ’em are down and dirty, raw as fuck, and very violence-inducing. Prowler in the Yard was recorded in the drummer’s basement on an eight-track, and the no-frills sound delivers Pig Destroyer‘s devastation perfectly. If the cover didn’t tell you already, these guys have a twisted fucking imagination: Just listen to the first track and read the liner notes. They alone are worth the purchase.
