After listening to a lot of bad indie bands miss notes, cop styles and fall far shy, Mando Diao is a real treat. Swedish garage pop, catchy as hell without being formulaic (or if it is, it’s a formula I like). Fans of Soundtrack of Our Lives and the Hellacopters who wanna expand into well-written pop (with nice bass, peppy but not frantic paces, so it’s not crap pop or punkpop) will dig it.
