Oops, I was confusing Transistor Transistor with Helicopter Helicopter. One’s Boston indiepop, one’s ex-hardcore destructo noise rock. It’s on Level Plane, who knows this stuff and spoon-feeds you the best of the genre. Played with Circle Takes the Square, Fear Before the March of Flames, Blood Brothers, Daughters, and Hot Cross. Debut full-length. Get ’em on the mp3 CD, but make sure to get paid upfront, cuz the label can take a year to write a check. (Doesn’t make the band any worse, of course, it just makes working with a fine label kind of a pain in the ass.)
