The Glory of Man is not in Vogue
by Scott Hefflon

Like something you’d hear in a David Lynch film, unless he could find someone better, and I have faith he’d dig to find it. Dark and sensual, with some smoky cabaret style and slithering, quiet jazz. Too much trendy electronics. Can’t be timeless old school and throw in bleeps and bloops “for the indie kids” and expect it to hold water. Get Firewater instead, sip whiskey until you’ve almost blackout pondering life. Poppy darkness is crap, go for a truly troubled soul like Tod A.
