Doom, with no apologies for atmospheric keyboards, angelic counterpoint to the monster bellow, and piano and acoustic guitar tinkering amidst droning guitar.
Despite the indie rock cover, this is a fine EBM band from Israel, released by Regenerator’s label. Hard dance, distorted vocals, glorious anthemic synth pop.
Like something you’d hear in a David Lynch film. Dark and sensual, with some smoky cabaret style and slithering, quiet jazz. Too much trendy electronics.
A male and female duo, Scottish, with jaunty guitars, snappy beats, and light distortion on vocals by both. The bio calls his “harrowing” vocals. That’s good.
