Death Pop Romance (Lifeforce)
by Scott Hefflon

Always dug Raunchy, never understood why they didn’t catch on more in the States, seeing as Fear Factory and Strapping Young Lad took off, and Raunchy mix in the melody/clean-singing of Avenged Sevenfold and the like, so it’s seemingly a best of all worlds. They’re Danish, not ugly meatheads or posers, blend melody and futuristic aggression, with two previous releases on Nuclear Blast beneath their belts, so they’re no eyelinered come-latelies. Get with it and get Raunchy.
