It really surprised many of us just how lifeless this is. With Ministry preaching loud and strong again, and even old Manson releases wiping the floor with this, it’s odd that Rob Zombie could suck this bad without doing it intentionally. Like Ministry until Bush’s stupidity lit a fire under their asses, Educated Horses is absolutely an autopilot snoozefest. The best tunes here have been done far better elsewhere, by Rob and his peers, and even his knock-offs. And the title is dumb.
