Hopeless Records Reaches Milestone

Hopeless Records is excited to announce that three of its releases – Silverstein’s “Rescue“, Yellowcard’s “When You’re Through Thinking, Say Yes” and the 2011 Take Action Compilation Vol. 10 are all currently charting on the Billboard Top 200 with Silverstein at #37, Yellowcard at #82 and Take Action Vol.10 at #192.

“The sales gods must have been on our side this week!  3 albums on the top 200 in the same week is an achievement which has the fingerprints of great bands, a great staff and great partners all over it,” said Louis Posen, President of Hopeless Records.

Silverstein just recently released their fifth studio album Rescue on April 26. The band has sold over 750,000 records in the United States and over 1 million worldwide. Silverstein is currently co-headlining the 2011 Take Action Tour with Bayside.

Yellowcard recently made their homecoming with their 7th studio album “When You’re Through Thinking, Say Yes”. The album debuted at #19 on the Billboard chart.  Yellowcard just finished a nationwide tour with All Time Low and will gearing up for a co headlining tour with Good Charlotte this summer!

The 2011 Take Action Tour Compilation features over 30 artists with previously unreleased and exclusive tracks. This year the compilation and tour will help benefit Sex, Etc. for teen sexuality education.
