They were a grind band, they broke up, this CD has their last two unreleased songs and a bunch of their songs covered by bands like Melt Banana and Merzbow.
Hungarian hardcore, four records in. Used to live in NY and tour with Ignite and such. I’m more a metal guy than a hardcore guy, so this is mediocre to my ears.
UK metalcore that howls and froths as vitally and unimaginatively as their American counterparts. Plus clean vocals to show diversity, just like everyone else.
Covers of a heavy Sex Pistols tune (“Satellite”), and Black Sabbath’s rock ‘n’ roll side “Never Say Die.” Hard rock kickass derived from punkoid gettin’ it on.
Think of the Throwing Muses’ more straight-ahead stuff mixed with Dinosaur Jr. and Melvins. 11 awesome tunes, all written, played, and recorded with fire.
