Killswitch Engage and Shadows Fall grew outta hardcore (or outgrew hardcore). KSE’s and SF’s clean vocals are pretty bad. OBW’s clean singing is even worse.
Kinda catchy indie pop with some trendy keybords slipped in. Too quiet for my tastes, and not really grabbing enough when they “rock out.” From Western Mass.
Ah, I love early and mid-’90s punkpop ala Screeching Weasel, The Queers, all all that bubblegum goodness. 1990’s punk pop ruled, and this is a good exmaple.
They sound like Defiler (The Sopranos: Adriana tries to bankroll her ex-boyfriend’s band). I wonder if any of them banged a chick as hot as Drea DeMateo?
