Currently, MM is doing that industrial-metal thing that’s all the rage. That’s all fine and good. Sometimes it works. MM’s crack at the genre is average.
More complex than your average RG band. Most of the songs have a call-and-response between the two guitars and drumming that includes a cowbell or something.
Despite being a perfectly good band, Lucky Me can’t stay with eerie beauty or outbursts of freakish energy. They stick with an annoyingly muddy middle.
