After seeing a New Bomb Turks video on MTV, I was expecting to get up and shake my booty to some new tunes by these Midwestern punkers. And boy did I. Unlike some of those jamming, be-bopping, shitty songs, the New Bomb Turks give us “Sexual Dreaming,” a garage-punk mega-explosion that bursts with sheer intensity and Midwestern vocals. What a concept. So saddle up, cook up some ribs, and don’t forget your dancing shoes. We’re going to a hoedown, a New Bomb Turks hoedown.
