Bill Laswell hooks up with Atom Heart and Tetsu Inoue and makes a trance/ambient album. Laswell’s been known to make a few mistakes in the past, but this isn’t one of them. Exceptionally deep grooves and a layered complexity matched with utter simplicity make this disc a wonder to listen to. Best of all, Bill’s playing bass again. I’ve missed his bottom of the world, roots-to-the-tree-of-the-universe sound. Beautiful.
