One of the most underrated songwriters today, Jon Snodgrass returns with the usual revolving door of musicians (thus the title) to deliver yet another painfully honest, soulful, bruised-heart of a country-punk album as only he can. Is it any wonder Joey Cape is this guy’s best friend? C’mon people, get with it: The promised land’s in Colorado. I know that sounds crazy, but Armchair Martian, ALL, Someday I, Bad Astronaut… need I say more?
