No bio, no CD booklet, usually just throw this kinda stuff away cuz I hate lazy bands who don’t even have the self-respect to make a cool little CD package for their few fans. But this one or two man band has a certain charm that warmed this ice-blocked heart. A little. “Punching Bag” is my favorite. Sounds like quick Nerf Herder. Very simple, tight, with no real identity, but a certain charm, like a shy smile that’s not meant as a come-on, just a little smile. Closer is “Don’t Change” by INXS. In a world of people boasting and preening to get attention, it’s sometimes kinda nice to get a simple package of home recordings, done simply for the love of making music. Sometimes.
