Buffalo’s Dead Hearts have the good sense to frequently change up the pace (and toss in some piano? And some light-strumming intros), just to keep you on yer toes. Lots of “classic hardcore” group shouts and singalongs, some metalcore howl to surprisingly mid-tempo marches (if the singer ever hit a different note, this cound be, gasp, a ballad), and plenty of hard-charging hardcore, plain and simple.
