Revelation isn’t nearly as consistent as they once were (who is?), but they prove they can still find ’em, even if they can’t exactly build them into legends or household names like they once did. Shook Ones are quick, catchy, and sound smarter than yer average complainer. No bio came with the thing, which is always a swift move for a starter band, but the site references Lifetime and Kid Dynamite, and while I was gonna say Strike Anywhere with a sore throat, those bands are close enough references for a preview. You could do a whole lot worse than these guys.
