Classic heavy metal with warble vocals and hammer of the godz lyrics (perhaps, I really don’t wanna listen too closely). I have a soft-spot for some of this crap, not an ironic winking love, I mean I like and respect it, goofy or not, but Wolf is more Hammerfall than Sonata Arctica. It’s just too hoaky and not amazing. I’ve been selling also-ran CDs like this for nearly 15 years now. If you like these guys, have at it. I’ve held onto my favorite 100 CDs of this style, and that’s enough for any human, ya know?
