Local H howler Scott Lucas gets quieter and darker, more somber some might say, with his new band and their second full-length. Lucas has done a number of side bands to explore his many interests and musical styles, and this title track is a mellow, dreamy Sunday, still a little fuzzy from a long Saturday night of debauchery. Lucas explains “I drove around in the desert for a couple of days and came back with lyrics full of blood, crows, and whiskey.”
