These Worcester boys wasted no time on introduction or social commentary: They hit the stage and the pit broke loose upon the first chord. Pacing and strutting like a peacock from the bad part of town, the singer leapt and led the crowd through through the rap metal stomp. They blew off the funky, groovy little tunes from their demo and stuck with the full speed hardcore and punk rock rants that kept the crowd moving. The crowd responded more to the Rage Against the Machine style chanting march and ended up milling around during the mega tempo punk rock. Evidently, not many people remember how Reaganomics was killing us back in the pre-crossover D.R.I. days. Bashing racism and censorship in semi-intelligible rants and group shouts during the chorus, Bonehead presented the anger of the grimy streets of Worcester to the hungry ears of Boston at Axis.
