Garbage Pail – Column

Garbage Pail

by Scott Hefflon, William Ham, and Lex Marburger

Few things are worse than trying to transcribe a drunken interview you don’t remember with a band you don’t know very well. Runners up might be organizing the notes you scribbled on un-numbered bar napkins you later used as a coaster, or typing reviews from a notebook you threw up on. Journalism is hard work.

A line from My Fair Grungester:
The brain that stains came mainly from Cobain’s pain.
or
The brain that stains came mainly from Cobain.
or
The pain that stains came mainly from Cobain’s brain.

The changes are a-coming and I’m glad to have/
Something solid to be angry at, to have faith in/
To be miserable because of, to look forward to, to contend with/
To stay away from, and lots of other sentences/
I can dangle my prepositions precariously off of.

Punk As Suck.

Lollipop: It’s not a magazine, it’s a cry for help.

Three Years and we still suck.
