Rancid’s Tim Armstrong found this four-piece in London a couple years back and signed them to his label. There’re strong hints of Op Ivy and Rancid here, and the beginnings of something, but there’s little to latch onto other than “Yeah, I like the bands you’re imitating, too.” Maybe with a little love and support (and a strong urging/nudge to get going) they’ll turn into something distinctive and worthwhile and this’ll be the mediocre starting point, who knows?
