The Break – Review

The Break

(Doghouse)
by Tim Den

Good golly, the singer can sing. He belts out smooth, confident, charismatic lines and hits the mark every time. What a concept (take notes, kids)! He obviously likes Samiam a lot, having stolen said band’s melodies and worked ’em hard. Back it all up with The Blasting Room’s trademark quality production (Jason Livermore is quickly becoming a deity), and you’ve got a bright new hope for a dead, dead genre.
