Where Fear And Weapons Meet – Control – Review

Where Fear And Weapons Meet

Control (Eulogy)
by Adrian Bromley

It doesn’t get any straighter hardcore than the battering ram style of Florida act Where Fear And Weapons Meet. Tough, in – your-face, and tight, WFAWM are on a mission to dish it out as hard as they can, leaving no one standing after their 14+ minute assault. While the album showcases real intensity, and “Judgement Call” is a badass song, there’s a real samey quality on this six-song offering. Not a total mood killer, more like a bump in the road, really. If the band wants to keep people coming back, they need to spice things up a bit.
