Overkill – Wreck Everything: Live – Review

Overkill

Wreck Everything: Live (Spitfire)
by Tim Den

No introduction or elaboration needed here. Overfuckingkill, 20 years strong, descend upon their home turf and hammer New Jersey even further into the toxic wasteland it already is. Eternally ferocious, the metal stalwarts rip through mostly post-’95 material on Wrecking Everything: Live, but also dust off a few rarely-performed classics such as “Shred,” “E.vil N.ever D.ies,” “Deny the Cross,” and “Overkill.”

As if that wasn’t enough, the accompanying DVD of the show (to be released later this year) will also include a whole other set of sweat-drenched, bloody-nosed Overkill action. There is none more metal-er!
